I remember them day's being locked up in the county jail you can't get mad at them for doing there Job when you are the one making bad choice's life is about making the right decisions and taking responsibility for your own mistakes...... Much nicer weather in Arkansas than we had in the UK last week, snow and sub zero temps for days.. Beautiful sunshine and warm enough to be without a coat over there. Wish our police would pay more attention to the overtaking lane campers, although it isn't as much of a problem as it seems to be in the States. Am I right in assuming that some states don't regard it as a driving violation?

Pete Collins 22 Dec 2022 Our weather turned from sugar to shit today here in Central Arkansas. Currently 19F and a low of 8F with a Wind Chill Warning. Next week we will be in the mid 60s. Mr Collins, mostly its lax of enforcement even though its in the traffic codes. Some states fully enforce failure to yield to emergency or stranded vehicles, improper use of lanes and etc. Some courts are lazy and don't want to process traffic summons, what they whine about usually trickles down to enforcement divisions, but the courts love parking meters because they make tons of money on those meters. traffic code enforcement differs from state to state, county to counties and city to cities. I hope this answers some of your good questions.

The officer most likely followed them for quite sometime to see if the driver did something else more serious. Remember the officers have control of their patrol cars camera when they activate it and deactivate it. Plus the officer might have held off activating his camera until he ran the plate.
