They are definitely one of my favorites. I know trap is there roots, but it amazes me how they can do techno and house, then mix it back in with trap. Most people rather have them do trap mostly and I get it, that’s how they started out. It’s probably tough on them to get new trap music we never heard them play before, but you have to admire how talented they are to mix in different genres. Their main job is do whatever it takes to keep their music at a high tempo pace, to get all of us live crowd dancing constantly throughout their whole entire set. In my opinion they definitely do that.

Schade wie die Kommerzialisierung am Ende alle bekommt und sie ihrer Linie nicht treu bleiben. Vor einigen Jahren haben sie wenigstens noch ihre eigene line gefahren nun typischer Indie Techno, wie gefühlt jeder. Das hat nix mehr mit yellow claw von früher zutun. Schade 😢

Das habe ich mir am Anfang auch gedacht. Aber Yellow claw hatt schon seit einer Weile angefangen Hard Techno in den Sets zu spielen. Ich finde es durchaus kreativ wie sie alte Tracks mit Hard Techno mischen. Wenn sie immer die gleichen Trap Lieder spielen würden, wäre es langweilig. Persönlich finde ich das das ein gutes Set ist. 30min Techno 30 Trap. Außerdem war Yellow claw schon immer für Bass Musik bekannt
