My Dad was a Catholic who was stern, and hard-working he provided for us girls well. He lost his faith and in the end he and I mended our relationship. He passed in 2018. I've been praying for him since, last year I had a mass said for him on all souls, and a second mass a few months ago, I had a dream about him the next day and he was shining magnificently dressed all in white and smiling, he said "you did it Jojo bear, thank you." I think Dad finally received the beatific vision ❤

In 2005, I had a priest tell me a sin I’d committed 21 years beforehand, in detail, time, place, names of others involved, an amount of money to the penny. There were things I’d forgotten. I was struck silent. After a minute or so, he asked if I was sorry. There was absolutely no way he could have known about it because I’d never told or written about it, nothing. Besides, Fr. had been a 14 year old boy living with his widowed mother and younger siblings in rural Mexico when I’d fallen into the series of sins. What was very uncanny was that Fr. showed no sign anything unusual had happened. There’s no explanation other than a supernatural one.

I know another priest who offers Mass in Cebu. He’s American, but has been there so long that he’s become fluent in Tagalog. I used to listen to his sermons online, but don’t any longer as they’re in Tagalog with no translation. The people are very devout.

John, who brought out what the younger generation within the church misses out...to know of the real abilities of the Church, I love you Fr. John for bringing the HOLY TRINITY alive... Till date I believe St. Pio visits my home embraces me and wife and child in his heart and it is real. Thanks for the Channel and Fr. John for enlightening on many aspects of the Church! May the body of Christ, the Catholic Church build His Kingdom on earth to save every soul before the Lord's second coming ....Amen

The only other priest I know of who regularly heard 16 hours of confessions was St. John Vianney. Similar to Padre Pio, he ate virtually nothing, and was harassed all night by the devil. If that happens to me, I pray to have perfect contrition and make a spiritual communion if I have any mortal sins. Possibly, request Fr. to hear you after Mass or make an appointment. If not, try to get there earlier next time!
