Yep, its rare to have street shopping experience in the country that this clean and organised. Since normal streets just quickly filled up by pop-up stalls. Not that they are bad per se, but its way too much, too common, and not as clean, organised and attractive.

I've just been here yesterday(Nov 1 2023)and checked out the parking area, for those who are wondering(though still close ATM), they have 1 level basement parking according to 1 of the security guard, the size is basically the whole lot of the mall, able to fit 1,300 cars

Every country in Asia has the wire issue, the newer areas in this particular country have buried wires so it is no problem, the deteriorated places are going to be around no matter what, it is a waste of money focusing so much on tearing that stuff down, people dont think of what getting rid of that stuff means, it means putting alot of people out on the streets; that isnt cool. If you get money and position enough, then you can decide what the investors do with their money, til then, your opinion doesn't matter.
