Great work!!! I have been traveling to Colombia for about 7 years now. (Actually arriving in Cartagena again this Thursday 3/2/17). I travel mostly to the north coast. I have been wanting to explore more of the country. Your videos are a great source to see the non-biased average Joe experience of what it is like trying to survive in the beauty and excitement that is Colombia. Plus it quells my wanderlust while I am plugging away at work between my trips. Safe travel and I can't wait for more.

While you are in Armenia, you may want to investigate the coffee export business a little. Who knows, you may like it. The coffee business is a great way to see the world with a lot of great people. Back in the states, a working knowledge of Armenia's producers could be quite a helpful finding work with a 3rd wave coffee brand.

+omniradius thats a good question.. i think its been a mix of daily content (for the first month anyway), strong titles and thumbnails, and a lot of luck. however, i doubt my channel would have such growth if i was vlogging back home. i think i get a lot of clicks from people curious about colombia right now, and i manage to hook some of those viewers into subbing with honest content. wish i had a better answer but the channel growth is still a big surprise to me too

Hey Marshall. Came by to talk to you about that guitar you were trying to buy in the last video. As you can see, people in Colombia is very friendly in every single way, but they (or us should i say) always try to take advantage of the situation. Knowing you're not from Colombia, they'll try to get the best price, even though the price in which they offered the guitar to you isnt the same price a Colombian would get. Try to be really careful. Im from Bucaramanga Colombia, and i would recomend you to come here, it is kind of expensive if you want to stay in a good area, but it is worth it. Im 17 y/o and if we are able to make any kind of contact, i will try to help you with letting you stay in mi house. Hope you respond :)

He said that he couldn't get the apartment due to the logistics of everything. IE the cable company wanted a year contract for internet. So now, he is paying 2 weeks at a time for his hotel, he is not in hostel at this time.
