پیسے، اور خوشحالی ہو تو سارے شوق پورے ہو سکتے ہیں۔ ہم نے بھی گھر میں بھی طوطے پالے ہوئے ہیں ۔جو ماشاءاللہ، سارا دن بچوں کی طرح ہمارے ساتھ کھیلتے، کھاتے پیتے اور سوتے ہیں۔ آ پ کو حیرت ہوگی، اتنے اچھے سنگر اور ڈانسر ہیں، نمازیوں کی طرح سجدے بھی کرتے ہیں ۔ اور لان میں ہر طرح کے پرندے ، تتلیاں آ تے، کھاتے پیتے ہیں، لیکن کیوں کہ اسلام آباد کے پہاڑی علاقے ہیں،اور بلیاں جو گھریلو تو نہیں ،لیکن، ڈیرے ڈالے ہوتے ہیں۔درختوں سے پرندوں کو اکثر پکڑ لیتی ہیں۔ اور ہمارے لان کی کیاریوں میں باقیات پھینک دیتی ہیں تو افسوس ہوتا ہے۔

بھائی جاناں ،جب بے تحاشہ ، آ بادی بڑھ رہی ہے وہ بھی ، 70 فیصد، تعلیم و تربیت سے محروم ، بے ہنر، مزدور، تو وہ پرندے تو کیا، انسانوں کے بچوں کو بھی بیچنے سے پیسے کمانے سے گریز نہیں کرتے۔ اس میں حکمرانوں کی نا اہلی تو ہے ہی، عوام میں زیادہ تر لوگ تعلیم سے بھاگتے ،اور ہنر سیکھنے اور حکمرانوں سے بچوں کیلئے تعلیم کی مدد مانگنے کے بجائے روٹی کی رٹ لگاتے ہیں زیادہ آ بادی شہروں اور مضافات میں حکمرانوں کی نااہلی کی وجہ سے بغیر کسی پلیننگ آ باد ہو رہی ہے۔بے دریغ درخت کاٹے اور جنگلات کا سفایا ہو رہا ہے۔تو پرندوں کو بچانے کا اس سے بہتر اور کوئ طریقہ نہیں۔ہاں، صرف ایک ایک طوطا ، میاں مٹھو سننے کیلئے، قید کرنے کی اجازت نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔کہ نسل ختم نہ ہو۔۔۔۔
