Hi sir, thanks for sharing I just received today my alexandrine parrot! It his very nice very excited the only thing is that his around 6months old don’t know yet if his male or female. Any advice for this. Watching your videos to learn more about! Many thanks for the help

Hi there. Your parrot will be growing a ring around his neck. If he does it’s him and if not it’s her. Also females are little bit smaller with shorter tail but I would wait another 3-6 mi the and then you will find out if boy or girl ❤❤enjoy your Alexandrine

Thank you for explaining thing's so good. I bought a Alexandrine parrot from a man where i live a month ago, the man told me he had from a baby and is 12 yrs old now, his name is George what the man named him. George is tame but doesn't talk i don't know why, but he makes this noise in the morning like a smoke alarm which is very noisy. I'm thinking of getting him a female ring neck. What do you think? Hi there. I wouldn’t do that. If you want to get him female then same species always. Also remember that they may like each other a lot and may have babies. Think ahead about if are you going to be able to look after those babies ?
