I just got a second female and this video seems to comfort them when they are starting to stress. They are across the room from each other and this gives them something calming to focus on. Thanks for posting!

I have watched MANY videos and I LOVE yours and how you talk about your birds and talk to them. You truly have a passion for them. I had a Linnie long time ago in TX from great Breeder and she was a treasure! She flew out the door when it was opened a crack. I am ready and starting to look at getting another Linnie. Don’t know of any breeders in and around NC. Would want to find one like you.

Omg the cuteness is killing me, I have a green Linnie named Kermit and he was hand raised and has a very strong bond with me. Because I don't have another bird he is with me all the time, he will sit on my shoulder and play on my couch with his toys and his blanket for hour's. His cage is a open top so he never is caged inside, he has a bed that is clipped on the outside of his cage that he sleeps in and he also has a lacy little blanket that he loves, its actually a curtain meant for a tiny window. Lol I cut it in half and it fits perfectly over his nest. I would love to get a parrolet, used to have one years ago but she died. Don't know how Kermit would react to it but if I did I would keep him in a cage of his own.I'm a stay at home mom so I have lots of time for my baby, Anyways love your cute little sweet guys , wish you leaved close to me I'd love to buy one.

Very cute!!! This makes me miss my little parrotlet girl, Totori. She passed away earlier this year, she had just turned five. I currently have an eight and a half month old bebe parrot girl and an older, diabetic budgie girl. I hope to one day get another parrotlet, a boy this time...too many girls!

how do you find back a parrotlet if they flew out of the house?
@lindaroseforney19035 жыл бұрын
Males have dark blue on rump and wings. Females do not. Some male yellows have more violet on rump and wings though some yellows have blue. Most males have a band of blue behind eye. Females can sometimes have a very slight blue coloration on rump but not bright like the males. These guidelines are specific to the Pacific parrotlet.

I can’t tell the males have darker wings because you clipped them

Would love to find a breeder in NC for Linnies and Parrotlets or even states nearby who socialize and love on the babies like you do. Would love to hear from you! 🙂 Susan

How cute!!!!! They sound sooo darling!!!! Babey Jael, Babey Lucky loves these voices of theirs!!!!!! Do you have one that's male, parottlet , & 3yrs. Old in five to six months. Time frame from now, that has some capability to talk, by any chance!!!!!! Because she's supposedly over a year old & she needs an older male to play with her in a couple months from now, until then for personal reasons......😄😄😐😐😏😏🙄🙄🤗🤗🙋🙋🕊🕊👣👣💖💖💫💫🐦🐦🐚🐚💦💦💨💨💌💌......

Hi!! I came across your video to play for our Linnie, his name is Lulu. We got him for our daughter about 6 months ago from a woman who had 3 but couldn't care for them all so she was selling one which was lulu. She said he was about 4 months old when we bought him. But he's VERY scared of us. He will not come to us. Won't let us touch him or even go near him. He will just run away to his house in him cage and hide. He won't take fruit from us unless we leave it in his cage. not from our hands. We try to talk to him daily but he is still so afraid. We can't clip his nails or even pet him. There's not much about how to interact with older linnies online, just about baby ones. We would love for him to come to us and let us touch him. But we don't want to force him of course. Is there any advice you could give us? Thanks so much! Btw he loves listening to your birds hehe he will talk to them for as long as we play the videos . Thanks !!
@cloyer88 жыл бұрын
Oh and any time we put our faces close to his cage to talk to him or try to pet him, he will charge at us. And if he's lucky enough to catch our fingers, he will bite. The bites don't hurt of course. I'm jut worried it's not a stage because he's been like this since we got him.
