I am not a Parsi but my schooling was done in a Parsi school plus we are a community of Muslims who speak Gujarati in dialect similar to the Parsis even our food matches a lot, like you said Bhonu we call our special spread Bhanu,we also make patra ni machi(favourite). Moreover I just love Parsi food and my brother just made the yummiest dhansak on Navroz, no wonder people mistake me for a Parsi. Navroz Mubarak. 😘

This is amazing.. I read up everything I could about Parsis and Zoroastrianism but I could never find the reason why non parsis are not allowed inside the fire temple. Thank you for sharing this. Lovely video ❤

parsis are from turkmenistan near the caspian sea where the ancient silk route from china to the middle east and europe was.....sanjan is named after the original hub of the parsis in sanjan, turkmenistan.....however this too was not the original homeland of the parsis but their country of exile when islamization swept across turkey and persia [though they had to migrate again when turkestan turned islamic].....the zoroastrian homeland straddles turkey, armenia, azerbaijan, western parts of iran and there are theories that jesus christ was from a parsi clan in antioch or tyna in turkey
