Hi. Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated 👍 As for the apps - unfortunately no apps can be downloaded, it has completely closed architecture, no Google play or any proprietary app system, it's just a basic watch. You'll have to check out the watches with wearOS, these are more expensive but will give you that flexibility to get apps and widgets.

hi. apologies for my late reply. you may try to reset the watch to the factory settings - and then install it from scratch as new device. this usually helps to solve the software issues.

I agree, the sound volume could be better. If you want more volume, you'll have to spend round $300. this is a budget range watch
