16:37 - Chef Solomon definitely has his team well coordinated and he too enjoys a well trained and consistent staff that can execute. He isn't afraid to get down and dirty and it seems like he treats his people very well. Otherwise, they wouldn't have followed him here to CU.

IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND what it means to be dedicated to what you do THIS IS IT! Chef we can feel your pride! IF you have never worked in restaurant/hospitality industry this is the hardest part of the job as the head CHEF YOU ARE responsible for so much. To create and cook the way he does for a school/Uni, students is beautiful.
