slight error in the facts @20:35 actually it was Shankar who had discovered Sharda and used to promote her extensively right from the days of "titli udi" which got the filmfare for Suraj. Most people feel that after this started happening, Jaikishan preferred using Lata, and thats where Shankar and Jaikishan sometimes had a different perspective.

Sorry but not a fan of songs in the 70s where kishore was 100% supported by RD Burman Over 40 years of variety of songs by MOHD Rafi Saab and Mukesh je . I stopped following the Indian film industry after the late 70 Kishore is no match for Rafi Saab and Mukesh je All of the hits by kishore I’m the 70s sound the same After Rafi Saab Mukesh je aur Lata .?
