@@JaphetMumo hey, I explained everything I did step by step. I paid admission fee for school, I paid for the medicals and if I’m not wrong that was it of course tuition as well but that’s it. Canadian passport is something completely different

I submitted my application for visitor visa canada since April last year, till now no response.can i re-apply again? How do you advise me, is that delay normal?

Did you follow all the steps and submitted all the documents you needed? Because I doubt a visitors visa should take that long. I'm no expert but try get a professionals opinion because in my eyes you should try again but just check if you did the right thing.
