My money's on the natural 0.65 ! It's all I use now. 25-20mm, 155mm is my cut. Easy draw and quick even in this not so warm weather. Sure winner 😉🖒✌ (Phip Eph)

Interesting im using .72 black GZK with 10 mm or 9.5 mm steel i didn't fully realise that band length to such an accurate measurement or precise length can affect speed power and accuracy so much really ' educational ' cheers pal

That would be an interesting bit of knowledge. What Is the difference in shot speed between fast release & aimed release, & is it enough to matter?

I could do with some help on bands n steel size... am currently using 30-20mm theraband gold with 8mm n 9.5mm steel.... is this the correct match of band to steel?

I might recommend 12 mill steel, it seems your bands are cut to big for 9.5 steel, you're basically dry firing your bands if your ammo is to small

@daniel Elliot Gamekeeper John uses the same setup. 30/20 TBG 9.5mm steel. Send to work fine with him. He used to use double handset but now uses the above..

How's about GZK thrown into the equation?? I'm using gzk natural and precise at the moment both .7 thickness Gzk is definitely easy draw and as you say Asa the precise has to be cut slightly longer but for the harder draw doesn't seem to be any faster or last longer than Gzk

Will Marshall I’ve used all gzk bands apart from the double colour and if I’m honest I didn’t get on with them as well apart from the .66 which I love but the longevity wasn’t there, so I’m just testing the ones I’m interested in shooting,
