Maybe That's Parchment Paper Because You Can Only Keep And Remove The Tape From The Parchment Paper, If It's Normal Paper The Paper Will Come Within The Tape, Or It Can Be Any Plastic.

you can use wax paper too, but honestly i don't really think you need some kind of paper or plastic unless you arent gonna use them directly after they're made
