It is ok. That’s what most companies are moving towards although 99% of the companies in SA is still manually verifying the CVs.

It should be saved as PDF when applying for a job. Word your working document

Is it necessary to include your highschool Education when you have post matric qualification?

If you do not have a long working experience, you can include it with your modules and achievements. If your work experience is long, Then it is not necessary unless the job advert says you should have matric and a degree then you can include it
