Ur Amazing Poojaji!! Succccch a sweet voice and presentation. I'm a keyboard player, an amateur, always trying to synch the keyboard with tuned singing. Teachers like You and Patkiji are God's blessing to many such musical pursuits. Your tonal qlty of voice reminded me of Madhuri dixit. Similar voice. Classical musicians are really the actual musicians who hv a command on music. U just seem to hv that. Wonder how many yrs u must've put to get here, besides having God's gift with music.

I absolutely love this video because breath control is such an important but tricky concept. It’s like when we do yoga and they say inhale here exhale here and I always do the opposite! I really appreciate your explanation..! I love O Saathi re!! It’s one of my favorite song from the 80s and I always singing the Re…. So long quite tough.. This is gonna help me for sure .. I need to take your lessons soon! 👏👏🤩🤩✨

I agree with you. Breath is definitely a tricky concept and we need to understand the breath flow to project our voice and create resonance. I'm glad the video was helpful😊

Super helpful video, thanks. I could not get past how beautifully you rendered the song, would love to hear you do a cover! Also you seem to be quite fluent in harmonium. I find it very hard to play and sing at the same time, should I specially work on that? Or continue to focus on just the singing and not so much the harmonium.

Thank you for the kind words. I think harmonium works as a good accompaniment for a singer and that is the reason why most ghazal singers love this instrument. I think you must focus on your singing instead of worrying so much about the harmonium and for the first couple of months the harmonium will just guide you but once you get better with the notes, you will sing and then playing the harmonium will be incidental.
