I will just offer advice to my elderly brother who has been in some difficulties. It’s best to give your worries and concerns to the Lord, don’t talk about your ex wife as if you were perfect. When the two of you met, none of us were there. She might not be perfect but she is the mother of your children. Even if she’s not, remember no one marries their enemy. God doesn’t like that. She might have done some wrong things in your marriage but give it to God, don’t give her a bad name because you are not perfect too.

I’m 5 minutes into the interview and per his calculations it seems the bank is ripping him off with regards to the loan. If he took 10,000 and he’s supposed to pay 13,000 at the end of the year and the take 55 cedis on daily basis,he’ll end up paying 20,075 cedis which is twice the amount he took 100% interest.
@ashantihomemedicareplus308310 ай бұрын
Maybe you didn't do the calculation well. its 55 cedis from Monday to Friday which amounts to 275 a week, making 1,100 a month, and 13,200 a year.

When you give birth, the state will pay your children which will help the married couple but in Ghana, the pressure will be high if you marry the wrong person
@franciskwofie675410 ай бұрын
@@KingsleyAsare-d5j tell me the country where children are paid for being children. Do you think US pays children for being children. No. It depends on your financial state. They give welfare to those who cannot afford to eat. Child tax credit is about 2000 for certain income bracket. Above that you do not get the credit. And 2000 dollars per child for a year makes you rich? No. For that selfish parents do not work to support themselves which create dependency and poverty. Look around and see those who are dependent on welfare see whether they are counted as well off or in poverty. The welfare system in US is about 60 years old. The economic strength of US is about 10,000 times that of Ghana. Ghana cannot afford to be a welfare state where we cannot generate enough revenue for roads and basic infrastructure. The debt of US is about 150% of GDP. US is 23 trillion dollar economy per annum. China is about 5 trillion. The difference is wide. So when comparing, it is easy argument. Let us put everything into perspective. In US depending on the state, every worker pays some money into a fund for maternal leave for about three months. So you get about 20% of your pay check as maternal leave. Certain jobs you can take longer maternal leave without losing your job. In Ghana, we have three month maternal leave for government workers. We have unemployment benefit for those who lose their jobs. Every worker pays into the fund and the benefit is a percentage of your income. You pay into the fund first.
