This is by far the best discussion on dry hop creep that I have seen (and I have study it quite a bit because ALL of my big IPAs suffer from it). Not only is the topic covered clearly, but the list of suggested steps to help (and hopefully) control it are practical for every home brewer to try. I would have loved to be there.
