Hi love just to answer your questions. 1) the tv plugs are on top of the wall for you to mount your TV without having the plugs hanging down - this gives your tv area a seamless look. 2) the curtain rails should always be installed higher up to make your home look more luxurious- it makes your walls look longer like they would in a double storey.
