Guys they had a deep relationship and yes, they were lovers. They both admitted it years ago and he said every time he tried to develop it further, she was always out shooting or doing another movie. I heard her once say, she loved him dearly but didn’t think they were in love, but later regretted turning him away, because he ended up with his current wife. They remain dear friends today. He’s said she’s one of the great loves of his life and she said she’s closer to him than any other man in her life. So there you go. 💕 They truly did, do love each other and were intimate, but their love was between them and at the time they wanted to keep it that way.

Kristy Deer the ironic thing is that both daughters Natasha and Courtney ( never thought of Jill as a stepmother ) Natasha said in an op ed many years ago. She and Courtney always knew and felt like Jill was there for their father, not for them. I think ( my own opinion ) Stefanie is more close to them as a mother figure. I point to footage, I saw a number of years ago, it was at one of RJ’s birthday’s and Stefanie was there and she was. mouthing “I love you” to Courtney and “I’ll call you” Jill might be there for RJ, but Stefanie will always be considered a mother figure to the girls.

Thinking and wishing it were true, or watching some TV tabloid show doesn’t make it TRUTH. “Hooking up” is NOT the same as loving each other (prostitutes “hook up” constantly, but don’t love the person they are having sex with). If you were more mature and not so stubborn, you’d know that. And if you knew them as well as you claim to, you’d know that she while she does enjoy her career, she’s DEVOTED to the william holden wildlife foundation. She lives in Europe and kenya. I have a 2nd hand story where ( when she lost William Holden ) RJ stayed over that whole weekend to console Stefanie ( I’m pretty sure Natalie was none too happy about that ) two weeks later Natalie is killed. I read her 2011 memoir a few weeks ago. She made a point to say she and RJ love each other but are not IN LOVE. And there is a difference. I am younger than stef, and i have a male friend who is older than me (about the same age difference as stef and RJ). This year we have been friends 25 years. We have never been intimate, but we do care about each other and support each other. And yes, probably love each other. But are not in love. My gut tells me stef and RJ are the same.

I think he doesn't talk about her like that in his book because he has way too much respect for her. He's a hypocrite himself, he says Stefanie wasn't what HTH fans wanted? Really??? then Why when they did the Graham Norton show did he an Jill leave, and Stef was there to greet ( Their fans ) Those fan by the way some came from miles away to see them BOTH. She asked RJ to take 1 year off from making the HTH movies, ONE YEAR!!!!! He said who would want to see 2 old people making love? Really? in one year made that big of a difference.

He bad mouths her in both of his books, she speaks highly of him. He says other than having chemistry on the show, they had nothing in common and didn't socialize off camera. In his second book, he was angry with her for her choosing to work on a play, instead of coming back to the show, passing up a 10 million dollar deal. He said he didn't care if he ever worked with Stefanie again. He sounds like a vindictive little boy.

@stefnrjfan2 OH PLEASE, talk about reaching. He told it as it was. He made it very clear that Stefanie was not what the H2H fans wanted her to be. He discusses her enough to say that he felt that his wife was better in LL. It was not necessary to say that but he did. He wrote about who was important in his life and obviously, she was not as important as you had hoped. He is obviously in love with Jill. H2H was a TV series, Jonathan and Jennifer were characters. DUH!

@@milradoc7307 because he had three young girls to raise, including one that wasn’t biologically his. My mother was divorced when i was three, my brother was eight and my sister was nine. She didn’t marry again until i was almost 21 because she was a single mother working very long hours as a nurse while raising three kids. And she didn’t have the advantages RJ had.
