Notice that Julie never said both hands had to be on the key at all. Erika asked Julie and Julie said "for now, yes"...Erika isn't the host, what if the others didn't hear what Erika asked? Julie is the host, she should have stated both hands had to be on the key. This should have been a redo due to Julie's incompetance.

What we don’t know is if production was clear about this rule in the official briefing. A producer always reads them the full rules (during the break if it’s a live show) before Julie or another houseguest reads the abbreviated rules for TV. Obviously, since Erika asked, they might not have been clear enough.
