Last September, I applied for a visa, but it was rejected. I'm applying again for a visit visa now. Can I use the same CA property assessment, or do I need to get a new one

It’s better to get a new one. One year old documents is old I think. Plus you need to understand the previous reasons for rejection and address those.

Are you able to do this because you have a Permanent Resident status ? im a student, it’s not the same right ?

There are several options to choose from. Student can also invite their parents to Canada. Please watch my 2nd video too. I have shown what details and options you will see there.

How much money should both parents have with them ? And, can it be both in Saving account and FIXED DEPOSIT or only Saving account will work ? Please reply

Hi, thanks for reaching out. The money can be in both saving and FD account. Just attach the bank statements for at least 4 months and the FD statement which shows the name of the holder, amount etc. Regarding how much you need to show depends on your trip duration (this is my thinking). Anyways for my inlawas when we applied in Feb 2024, we showed 5000 CAD in their indian saving accounts along with with LICs. But we mentioned that we will take care of all the expenses. We mentioned the trip duration for about 2 months I think. Hope this helps. Please like share and subscribe :)
