A nurse in hospital greeted me today in Zulu (1 of many South African languages) and because my son is learning it at school I was able to greet her back in her native language and even ask how she is today. Hello Sylvia! Puppies pee and poop after they eat and after a nap. Bring her to her spot as soon as she stops eating or drinking, wakes up from a nap, or is let out of her crate. When she does good, praise her a lot! Cuddle and tell her she is so good! This is a good time to give her a treat but it is not necessary. Training a puppy can be frustrating but don't give up! Good luck! Take care!

I found your channel not to long ago and I love it. Thank you to you and your husband for showing the beautiful Kenya to the world. a tip about little dog breeds; they drink has much water when they are hot as some big dogs but their bladder is small, so they go to the bathroom more often. By giving frozen ice cubes or even frozen ice cubes with vegetables or fruits that dogs can eat, it will cool off the little dog and the dog will go last times to the bathroom. Hope this helps.

I would suggest putting Zuri on a leash when you bring her outside to her spot. Tell her “go pee” or whatever you want the command to be. Bring her out after eating and drinking… stay with her in the spot until she does it. Then praise her or give her a treat and bring her back in. You have to watch her very carefully all the time and as soon as you see her sniffing or acting like she is going to pee, put her on the leash outside and tell her “go pee’. Consistency is the key. It’s a lot of work initially but pays off. She really IS the cutest puppy!!! I want my own little Zuri 💜🙊 I love watching all your adventures! (Now back to watching the kitchen demolition:) )

Be very careful. She could chew ball and tear in pieces and maybe swallow it. Even though dog toys are expensive, a few toys will last a long time and I believe they are made safe for dogs.
