PART 1 -- Scared homeless female Shih Tzu gets rescued from the streets of Las Vegas, Nevada

This scared little female shih tzu was rescued from living on the streets of Las Vegas, Nevada. The fur on each of her ears were matted into two giant dreadlocks. She had cartilage damage on her ears which the vet said was caused by trauma. She had scabs all over her muzzle, torso and a widespread skin infection. She walked with a limp initially because of matting on her paw pads.
She was not microchipped and no owner has came forward for her.
