I like how she uses the phrase "We must open our hearts to those that are difficult to include." When our pain is activated, this is so hard to do, and the suggestion of it can feel like gas-lighting or spiritual bypassing.

Book Tara refers to at about 34:00 minutes: "It Didn't Start with You (How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who We are and How to End the Cycle" is by Mark Wolynn.

Is it just me or is there a flicker flower behind her?

Well if you focus on the flowers they appear to flicker indeed. That is most likely an optical illusion. Enjoy yourself!

Can anyone tell me what music she uses in the intro?

I think it's her husband Jonathan Foust's flute music

I've listened to almost all of her talks now and she has ventured there, yes. Spiritually & politics are not synonomous terms. In fact, they belong at entirely opposite ends of the spectrum. If she could just keep it to "that" which binds us all and does not divide us all, we could all better enjoy the depth of her talks. This alone was my primary point.

Calming presence and so many of her points are spiritually profound, but my advice to all spiritual speakers is this: stay in your lane & keep your political views out of your speeches, please. Having an opinion does not make an expert, particularly with topics of such outright complexity like political issues. Furthermore, do not assume to truly know another human being without actually knowing them personally, and until you walk in their shoes and have to make their big decisions, keep your "beliefs" about them to yourself. Namaste.

Did she really venture into politics? I didn't notice that which is why I am curious about the rationale of your comment. Thanks
