Hi, Thanks for the Video. A quick question, I moved to the UK October 2022. Do I have to wait to complete my 185 days stay in the UK before applying for provisional license. I suppose the 185 days rule is for appearing for the theory and driving test right? Correct me if I am wrong.

Hi. I am not entirely sure. I have heard from my colleagues that some are able to go on with the application. Just try it. Anyway, it will just prompt you if you couldn’t get to the next step because of that. And if you are able to proceed despite having less than 185 days in the UK, do inform us so others may also know. It depends only on your status here and the visa type. You are able to use your own driver license (if you have one in your country) during one year after your first entry to the UK. Here is the rule - "The tourists can drive around Great Britain (i.e., England, Wales and Scotland) on their valid foreign driving licence for up to 12 months from the day they last entered the country".

To apply for a driving licence here, you "must have been given permission to live in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) for at least 185 days". Otherwise, only the rule above applies to you.

Theory is computer exam about mga rules and road sign. .pag may provisional kana ,ung card number un ang ginagamit pag mag book kana for theory exam. Practical naman .is actual drive kasama ang council ,e observe ka kung marunong ka sumunod sa rules. Minsan lilituhin ka nla para magkamali at di makapasa🥺

Hello One question:,,if i complete with my immigration status share code is anuff?because i dont have uk passport,is different nationality,so with share code only completed,i will still need to send my passport to them or share code from immigration is anuff?i dont have BRP so only share imigration code,or non uk passport..

Ah yes. You need to be staying at least 6 months in the UK before you can apply for this. And mangagaling tlga sa kanila ang form. Di ka makakuha nun kahit san esp wala tayong British passport.
