He or she should have this four principles :- 1.Five years he or she should be the any members of the church. 2.Four years he or she should give part in social worker 3.Three years he or she should give the charity to poor people 4.Two years he or she should work at district members. I didn't listen to the NBCC representative in this video. Why? Because it doesn't matter what they say now. They coined the slogan "Clean election" and then when some few people took up the challenge and contested, they did nothing to promote those candidates. And do not say that the church cannot play an open role in politics. They, the people from the association are not scared to take money from candidates after 5 minutes of their time spent on prayer. Like one candidate, a true leader said, "clean election in Nagaland is a farce". If your can coin the term clean election, why can't you promote those people who contested the election according to your proposed terms? Hypocrites are everywhere, even in the NBCC.

They may not be able to promote a particular candidate/candidates. But what they can do is at least sensitise the masses on the value of participating in clean election. That they should have promoted what they invented. There is nothing wrong for the church to say, "do not fall into the temptations of money. Cast your vote for the clean and right candidate without selling your votes". But did they do that? Did they even pray for those candidates who took up their calling? Nope... Nada. So, I respect your opinion. But you're gravely mistaken, even if you're from the theological background (I suppose). 100% clean election will never happen. Firstly, We the Nagas should strive to minimize the level of corruption and to achieve this majority of the stakeholders should change their mindset. We nagas have become too selfish and materialistic. We don't care for public property yet we demand development and better still when election comes even the most intellect and educated people practices rampant corruption. Village councils, student bodies and every other unions start collaborating with the candidates for their own selfish gains. Enough of this hypocrisy people. Let's start sacrificing and practice what we preach.

Clean election movement has started for the past a decade but it is not working , maybe in some portion or in some areas is affecting but if it doesn't change the whole process of election into free and fair election it will be better stop the movement and rather the NBCC should focus on how to impart the the spiritual life in an individual, if this achieved at least upto 40% churches, the spirit of free and fair election may take place in nagaland in most of the constituencies instead of Lecturing after every lection , yes sharing about the Democratic process conducting also impact about it but it will take more decades so better put efforts at the former strategy.
