Dear, I really like your videos and appreciate the efforts you make on realizing them. However, in this video are missing some important concepts about ESI. For example you didn't mention the taylor cone, which is extremely important in this process. Maybe you should also have explained a bit further why in ESI we mostly obtain multiple charged ions, and how can we determine the type of ions (+/-) we obtain in ESI. Please take this as an advise!
