Hey doc. Thanks for the vid. I got a chin implant and a neck lipo 2 weeks ago. I’m mostly fine, with no significant pain or swelling. However, there is so much tightness, I cannot throw my head back like I used to pre surgery. Is this normal? Does skin of the neck (or tendons and ligaments) have to stretch? I’m worried scar tissue is forming and restricting full movement. My scar feel stuck and won’t move much. I’m in result, I now have limited range of motion when I want to look up (I can only do about 60%). When I go look up, then there is actual pain. Like I’m over-stretching. Will this revolve after some time and if so, how long? or is this abnormal? I’m really concerned. Thanks!

Is hard lumps normal 3 weeks post op. Should I be massaging?

Yes, it will go away with out massage
