You should learn the details , Sri Rama doesn’t ask Mata Sita to jump in fire, she decides. And the reason is many . First reason explained by one enlightened soul is .. Ravana led a Maya filled life and he was a great Mayavi , to break or know if Sita is for real herself , as she has a boon of not getting hurt or affected by Fire / Agni God .( During vanavaas , there is an incident where Agni deva does a bad thing & he as a repentance says he won’t be able to affect Sita mata.) Another reason is before getting kidnapped , Sita speaks and accuses Lakshmana , who literally serves her as his mother for the past 13 years in forest . As her words literally burn / wound Him , and when she comes to meet Sri Rama , she doesn’t seem to be bothered about her wrong doing , here Sri Rama puts an accusation which is similar to what she has said to her BIL!! She immediately acknowledges what Rama is bringing up and self punishes herself to prove the point. Don’t try to put down our historical women!!! They are beyond greatness. Maha Lakshmi , Saraswati or Paravati don’t need these days wokes!!!!!! You fight cases for yourself , Spare my Goddess es!!!
