But data must be same type.int array store int type data .real life example for an array is a class room labelled computer science store 50students .all students must be same type .only computer science students.no bio students no humanities students In a class teacher access students using rollno but in an array access data using index.rollno starts with 1.but in an array index start with 0.

In Non contiguous memory allocation how will we store address when we don't even have space available for storing a value? For example, as you said, instead of the value we store the address of next value(in your example, it's 64). But 64 is also a value no? Then how can it be stored?

In non-contiguous memory allocation schemes like linked lists, each node stores a pointer (address) to the next node, not the data value itself. This pointer is a memory address pointing to the location of the next node in the sequence. Therefore, the address (like 64) is a reference to memory location and not the data value stored there, allowing nodes to reference each other even when they are not stored contiguously in memory.
