Mr. Brock, you have been amazing at probing to find the truth! this witness in particular is reading off of cue cards and I’m not surprised. In fact, I would hazard to guess that Mr. Firth is also in the room. I did some digging into the website myself and being in the health information field for over 30 years, what I didn’t find on their website, which would be really crucial for clients is a statement or some kind of framework for how they ensure security of personal information. I couldn’t find anything on there, which is really strange to me especially of the actual type of work that they say they do.
