Part 2 of Konrad Sheehan's Real Life Stories of the Wanderers tells all the Behind the Scenes stories shooting the Wanderer movie - one of the greatest movies about Bronx Gangs of the 60s ever.
Konrad Sheehan portrayed the Ducky Boy leader in the Wanderers who hit Perry with the car antenna. He also portrayed the roller skating leader of the Punks gang in the Warriors movie.. Konrad was also a stuntman in many scenes of the Wanderers, Warriors and most movies filmed in NYC between 1976 and 1985.
Continuing this series by James Hannon, author of Lost Boys of the Bronx: The Oral History of the Ducky Boys Gang, we go back to the videotapes of the interviews done for the book - when it was still going to be a documentary. Hear stories from real Ducky Boy and Fordham Baldies gang members and even some of their victims, as well as other cast from the Wanderers and experts on the Bronx and its colorful history!
Part 1 covered How Konrad got cast in the Wanderers and Part 3 will cover Konrad's iconic role playing the roller-skating Punk Leader in the Warriors, as well as his other acting and stunt roles, Raging Bull, Brubaker, and others.
