My heart breaks when they get to the break down part. When Tommy gets down and hugs and hangs onto El, it brings me to tears. They miss their brother Bobby. I can hear the beauty and the pain in Bobby's voice whenever I listen to his songs. His falsetto was flawless. El's falsetto is also very good. They will never forget him. So emotional I cry every time with this. The audience was right there with them. I will always support these Gentlemen. I was around 9 years old when my older sister would rock the album In A Special Way non stop. At that tender age without fully understanding the songs these voices made my hair rise and my eyes water. Almost 40 years later I still have the same physical reaction when I hear them sing. El is something serious on the piano, but all the brothers play instruments and sing. I don't think the sisters Bunny and Carol play instruments. Bobby when he was alive and Chico are beast on the piano and keyboards too, and Tommy use to kill that guitar back when he was in Switch with Bobby they were so instrumental and vocally talented it wasn't funny.

FIRE! It took me a second to clue in what was happening with El at the beginning. Then I remembered the significance of the song they were getting into; the man has a fair number of emotion-evoking songs of his own and yet none seems to move him to tears while singing them quite like the signature song of his befallen brother. The fact that El knocks it out of the park every single time in ways that would surely make Bobby himself smile ear-to-ear, is just bittersweet. I love this group/family.
