I am trying to repair my converter but I for the life of me cant get the soldering to budge so these relays are completely stuck. Anyone perhaps got any tips?

Just pulled mines apart to do this, wish me luck. Need to source the relays or I might attempt the contact cleaning way if they are not too burned.

Looks more or less identical to the internals of a MacSolar TL 1500 model - I expect they're all sourced from one or two Chinese manufacturers and re-badged. I am about to attempt the same repair (relay fault). Did you use any thermal paste under the switching devices before you replaced the main board and screwed them down to the rear heatsink? If not, is that inverter still running today?

I unfortunately have a different fault ironically my relays deem to have lasted quite well! Yesterday 07/10/2020 we had three power cuts in quick succession and I think my TL4000 has been spiked, it's now showing VAC Failure. I powered it off overnight and have measured the AC on the motherboard this morning which is presently 237v That matches the voltage on the display so afaik it's within UK range, what I can't do is check the inverter settings. I bet the configs been screwed and its reverted to a non UK setting or a non UK compatible default :( The manual suggest there is a application called 'Easy Config' that can be used to configure these via the USB port, googling such a common term as 'Easy Config' is a hopeless task though The manufacturer has long since disappeared so it looks like I will be buying a replacement Inverter now. I wonder if there is a way via the screen to check if it set to UK G83 or whatever its called?

hi, I just want to ask you that if i replace the relay with a 12V 15A 250V one instead of the 10A one, is it OK?

Hej fine job, i repair 11 Trannergy TL1800 same gear inside, same fault, i put som Chinese 16Amp relays in glued them to the Blue capasitor and wired to the board with short lines, all without removing the board, just crushing the bad relay and picking the stumps out with a plier. I am maybe lasy but 11 Inverters is many Ps: I am from Denmark and 81 Y.
