19:39 same can be said when the recruiter ghosts the candidate, it can't be justified by saying recruiters have to handle more 'volume'. I'm one for blacklisting and blocking such recruiters whichever company they go to ! :-|

Hi Sugat, one of the most insightful podcast. I just have a question for you or Vishal 1) is it a risk when we get the payroll from a consultancy but we work for a different company/ client arranged by that consultancy and the client company is not even mentioned in the relieving letters.
