the battery position was wrong. that why many people got tail heavy. u should modifiy battery tray and put the battery most nearest to front motor. esc also put most nearest to front motor cover. the front wooden plate.

I had to cut the extended part off the back of the spinner base for use with my motor.

From some forums I read the battery needs to move much forward, almost in edge to the motor. Is the center of gravity working for your setup as shown in the video?
