The first step I would suggest to please see requirements of credentials evaluation report of foreign nursing education from either CGFNS or ERES. if you’re eligible as per standard you can apply for CES professional report, this is what exactly board is looking at for your eligibility to qualify and grant permission to sit for an exam as RN. Also please visit nursing board website for further steps regarding application process for example finger prints requirements of vendor and period of application validity all are explained in detailed. Please visit idfpr.illinois.gov/content/dam/soi/en/web/idfpr/forms/online/-041-registered-nurse-user-guide.pdf, and check for 041 Registered Nurse New Application Checklist requirements.

Hi sorry for inconvenience but the statement has been provided please read the sentences it’s mentioned the same information which was missed due to technical interruptions. Like after 3 attempts board will not allow to give further chance even after remediation course. Also application expires in 6 months. So make sure you do your credentials first than to generate application account so the results will be in 6 months otherwise you have to pay for application again. I hope this information will be helpful.

Hello Mam, i am planning to apply for New York state board of nursing, Just few doubts i have regarding I studied from Karnataka nursing council, as i am from Gujarat i transfer my license to Gujarat and i did not renew Karnataka state license, now its expired however Gujarat nursing council license currently active so in license verification form which board details i have to provide ? also, My college merge with other nursing college so in College verification, Should i put new merged college address or What ever in my transcripts ? It would be always recommended to declare your basic education because they do ask for credit hours and courses descriptions therefore your school is required to provide such information

I would recommend to do change in your necessary details and contact information via board of nursing if you have not applied for ATT, otherwise if you have ATT in hand then carry those documents which proof your identity exactly in ATT and later you can request for name change.
