Hi. Getting a job in SA after Community service is not necessarily easy, it’s challenging as you need to wait for your registration (with the SA council) before you can apply, also having to wait on the budget to be released so that hospitals can know whether they afford hiring new nurses or not like a lot of factors contribute. So it’s just challenging also because there are a lot of other nurses that are looking for the same position in different hospitals. I won’t say it’s hard but it’s definitely not easy.
