That would clog the filter up so fast with dirt. Just continue the pipe through the fender with a piece of pvc pipe an put a scoop facing the front of the truck to force air into the filter. I've done it to my truck. It works great. An it give you that nice loud suction noise. Air doesn't move around much under the hood. My way is like a free ram air intake.

Do you have part 3 to show how to break down the transmission parts you took out the tranny in part 2? If not, do you plan on doing a 3rd part?
