@@Ronl53 even if that was all they had ( but they managed to buy "new" electronic components, which look like they came off it in the first place ), you should at least strain the oil through some rags to get the particulates out . Not really a restoration just a cash grab, which is why all the comments are liked by the channel.

New Bearings

Put the gasket seal on the cover side not on the main part. Put a light coat of grease on the main part. This way the next guy when he takes it apart the seal come off with the cover. And will be reusable due to the grease making it supple. Always do this stick to the part that comes off. And if you do need to clean the seal it is on the part in your hand out on some big motor block inside a piece of equipment.

Hmmm no new ball-bearings. if you do disassemble the motor, replace then also the ball bearings, also new oil. This is for sure an low budget project, costs must remain low. Lex

1:17 The timing marks are off between the main shaft and the balance shaft. The two marks near the gear teeth should match up. The end result is that the engine is running unbalanced at the end of the video (excessive vibration). And please.... use a torque wrench!
