Dont worry about the video shaking, practice makes perfect. The only thing i would suggest is blow nitrogen while brazing to keep oxidation out and eventually clogging filter drier and cap tube. Don't get discouraged you'll get subscribers little bu little, no body starts big.

I have this exact fridge and I believe I have a leak. Wont get cold enough or make ice. Im a DIY guy but never really worked on Appliances nor cooling systems. Is this worth investing on tools to fix myself? What would a tech typically charge to fix this?

If you know how the tools work go ahead example acetylene and oxygen tanks go for it. In cali they charge 129$ just to look at it .if leak like you saying a easy 500$ job the most

I used a 56% silver solder with flux coated around the solder does job
