The vibe is so encouraging from these two beautiful Liberian sisters. Liberians are very friendly and inviting people. She'll thrive well in Liberia because of her vibrant personality. Liberians don't like stuck up or better than you personality. If you show that you care and respect them, you will benefit from them

I shared the videos with my co-workers, and they said there is no way a 100% black American/African American can even buy land in Liberia 🇱🇷, they would rather buy land/ houses in Ghana 🇬🇭 not in Liberia, or except they were born by a librarian parent's in the US 🇺🇸. Can you believe our own librarian saying that.

And also I don’t care how much info we provide, there will be. Liberians that prefer to be somewhere else and that’s fine too but don’t listen to people who are not there yet, they’ll only discourage you.

What will you do? Tote the country and bring it to Liberia? Or come back with skills you’ve learned and money to add to the economy by investing and providing jobs for the people? 🤔 Because that’s exactly what she has done but I think you didn’t watch that video completely. No one will bring America to Liberia, we come with what America has taught us to build Liberia. I hope this helps you understand so you don’t ask people who are returning such questions.

A very interesting video. I have learnt a lot about living in Liberia. However the dog on your host's lap is very distracting. For your information, in Ghana, land was obtained with blood and tears so you don't sell it but leave it for posterity, and it is held in trust for the whole community. In reality, land is held for centuries by renters with minimum or no modification. Again, our ancestors had the foresight to ensure that if you sold your land outright to foreigners, soon, you would become a foreigner in your own country in future just for a few more dollars now. Our customs and traditions ensure the survival and continuity of our society. These rules and regulations are enshrined in our CONSTITUTION which existed long before the colonialists invaded our Kingdom and thus minimized conflict a lot of which our ancestors observed were as a result of land disputes; thus the peace and tranquility we have here.
