Toe is at the front of the wall and heel is the back of the wall where you have the soil and you have got them the wrong way around. What have happened to F.O.S against overturning & sliding? Think of you foot: Toe is at the front & heel is at the back. The same principle apply to retaining walls. Thank you!

Yes. All surcharges, which are acting vertically downwards, create passive pressure. The value of this pressure is equal to Kp X Gamma w X height of water

No. Usually we do not include passive pressure for calculation of FoS. Because that increases the FoS. Sometimes if Passive pressure is too large then it in included but that's very rare case. In most cases passive pressure is excluded from calculation of FoS.

Some people calculate moment about toe some about heel. Can someone explain where the hell moment shall be calculated?

When u want to determine safety against overturning, moment is calculated about toe. That's right approach. Moment about heel can be calculated to locate the resultant of all forces but it's not necessary to do so.
