➤ Bulk Hiring / Campus Recruitment is a strategy for sourcing and hiring young crowd for internship or entry-level positions for medium- to large-sized companies with high-volume recruiting efforts.
Once the Hiring process is completed - The HR has to work on generation of offer letters and rollout the offer letters to the hired candidates which is a repetitive and mundane task. How about an Robot doing the same for the Team.
This use case is called the Generating offer letter which we would be looking at the Problem Statement. We already have explored the As Is vs To be Process. Design the solution approach and Code the entire Automation using UiPath Studio in the Previous Video.

Hi Mukesh, great tutorial as always. One question, you mentioned that for the transaction with blank email address, a system exception was raised because UiPath is not able to assign blank to a string variable. Is that correct though? I did testing on this did not see any exception while assigning blank to a string variable. I think the reason why we see system exception and not business exception in the case of blank email address is due to Gmail activities where an email can NOT be sent to a blank email address. This makes sense because, looking at the video, you did include both BE and SE in the send email sequence. Thanks!

We can check for the string Null or Empty , or Space ,or even when we add data to the queue - you can have a default value assigned such as "New" .. Hope you understood the logic

Your changes are not getting saved , run the automation in debug mode and see which activity is causing the issue … you can also download the code from my website and compare it with yours

Hi Mukesh ...... In the word Document ,the default key(is that (eg) _Name ) is not constant once the bot run. Is not coming Back to Normal Template form . Can you give a solution for this??????? Thank you.

Once the Bot complete creating the offer , If we SAVE the template , the template would loose its format. Hence , we need to do a Save As - Instead of Save. - The same is being done in this case as well.

We would need to find it out that the issue is with the word template for the word application scope Any new word file and try to read it with the word application scope if you are able to read it successful it then the issue is with the offer letter template in case this happens just make a copy of the offer letter template save it in the location and then try to read it in the word application scope... 2 . Take a new solution in uipath studio drag and drop a word application scope and try to read any other files and see if you are able to read it...
