I had a query ,I have one layout page which contains links (to various views which are child of layout) and dropdownlist ...I want the dropdownlist to not refresh...but when I click tag ,page refreshes.. I have also tried with ajax ..but its duplicating layout content..so should I convert this application to single page application ..Any help appreciated

+LifeT Are you rendering partial view through ajax? . If yes then make sure to make layout=null in case ,if you put it inside ..
