Chipmunks in the wild usually only live for three years. Chucky must have been 6 years old at least. You've been heaven for her; she trusted you, coming to you when she was injured. It is so precious when a wild animal trusts you so deeply.

Choo Choo I want to thank you and Tom. Without the two of you Chuck wouldn't have had such a long, wonderful life. You taking the time to care for her when she was hurt, not feeling well and when thing were good in her life extended her life by a couple of years I'm sure. This little wild chipmunk was blessed to find two lovely people like yourselves. Chuck wasn't the only one blessed to find you, so were all of us. You've graciously brought all of along with you into the lives of these sweet animals and birds. I personally can't thank you enough. It means so very much to mean. It's brought great joy and happiness into my life. 💗

We live in Boise and have squirrels but no chipmunks. We have many squirrels but when we go out to feed them they scram. If we go up to the mountains the squirrels and chipmunks come to us all the time in a very short period of time. Maybe feeding ours for years at home makes them stupid?

처키가 다른 아이들에 비해서 나이가 많았다고 느껴져요. 그래서 건강상으로 좀 힘겨워 해보이기도 하고... 뭔가 의지하고 기대고자 하는 무언가를 찾는듯한 모습으로 느껴져요. 추추스토리 분들이 잘 챙겨주었지만 경계심이 워낙 심해서 마음과 같지 않은 결과가 생기지 않았나 조심스럽게 생각해 봅니다 ㅠ
