Why are the necessary blood tests not carried out privately before the the engagement is announced. This would save a lot of heartache for the intended bride and groom, the families as well the financial cost involved if the tests come back and the intended are not compatiable. I have not seen a video where Saman and Kobra had an engagment party before they did any blood tests.

The thing is that they talked about some tests made for Saman and Kobra, but we didn;t see any details abut them, except that the result was unfavorable for their possible wedding, BUT I think the biggest problem was that Kobra's parents, specially Muhammad the father, told the Grandma when she went to propose with Saman, that they couldn;t agree to this marriage because Saman didn't have a job, nor a house and he was doing basically nothing at his Grandparents house. I have to agree with Muhammad, Saman is a great guy but a bit lay back. He started to update the house across from his uncle Haydar, and stopped. Atabak and his family had to take Grandma's goats and sheeps to the riverside because the Grandparents are unable to tend for them anymore. Saman could have done it, but no, he is just singing, helping his friend at the top of the hill to build a room for his children, going on trips looking for plants, etc etc. Medhi has a big family that promised to help him settle with his wife. That's a start. Just to add some facts about marriage between first cousins. This is not as bad and rare as many people here want to see it. In USA, about 1/2 of the States allow this type of marriage, and first cousins do get married here as in any other country of the planet. I know many first cousin couples and their kids are perfectly normal. My problem with Medhi and Kabri possible marriage is that I am not sure if she loves/likes Saman or Medhi. But maybe this fact is not relevant in their culture. Convenience and elders decisions is the rule of the land. Finally, I am sorry, but I am not sure either if Jan Bibi wants a wife for Medhi or a helper for her. I remember how she used her daughter Zainab when she was with them. I feel kind os sorry for anyone that marries in the family, because to be close to Jan Bibi you have to work HARD, VERY HARD!!

I watched the engagement on Par and WloveR channels and found it interesting to hear Jan Bibi's father complain in both channels about how Bibi arrived at the ceremony, shouting. It was intriguing to hear her father express his disappointment about Bibi's behavior. He thought that she was celebrating before the final decision was made on whether Medhi was allowed to get married to Kobri or not. Bibi's father was so angry with his daughter that he still talked about it even when it was a few days past. He thought the celebration was premature and out of character for their costumes, as it should be left until after the decision is made.

I think it is likely that they don't really know anyone outside the family. Mehdi can't "choose a wife for himself" - they don't have dances or clubs or any dating culture, and single men and women do not mix. In this culture it is not only disfavored to marry outside the family, it is almost impossible to arrange.

Po prostu zmieniają scenariusz pod oczekiwania komentujących. Najpierw był mężem i ojcem. Komentujący dopytywali o kamerzystę więc wymyślili, że to brat bliźniak Mehtiego i ma na imię Mahti. Później wymyślili, że to jednak nie Mehti, a Mahti jest mężem i ojcem dziewczynek.Komentujący zaczęli naciskać na ożenek Mehtiego. I zorganizowali zaręczyny, ale musieli go odmłodzić. Więc podali że kamerzysta to nie bliźniak a starszy brat. Zrobili różnicę 12 lat. Jeden 20 lat, drugi 32lata . W jakimś filmie pokazany był kamerzysta lub ten drugi. Miał zegarek na ręce, dzieci bardzo lgnęły do niego, a on do dzieci. Są bardzo podobni z Mehtim i na pewno nie ma między nimi tak dużej różnicy wieku.

Medhi and Tahmourth both work very hard daily. Just because they work for the family on the family "village" or compound and share any income as a family if they or Shirvan weren't there they would have to pay helpers possibly. Because of tornadoes and storms, our electricity can be off up to several days. Our generator runs two refrigerators and various kitchen necessities to cook, plus a fan of its hot and stuffy.
