Thank you so much for this video! My wife used to have this car when we were dating and am going to start this build as a gift for her. What I love about your video is the detail you show and describe as you progress. So many build videos scream thru the actual build after wasting time showing the spruces in detail. Will be my first model build in 50 years so lots to relearn and practice.

Another great build series, don't change a thing with your build vids mate, they really are very enjoyable and informative just as they are. Love how this turned out, being it was my first car this one really brings back great memories. You could go either way on the fender wells, an original (stock) car would have black fender wells but there's no hard rules once an owner started modifying them, it was all personal choice and as this would have been considered a custom color, matching the fender wells wouldn't have been unusual. ( I always painted my chevy motors black GASP !! after I built them just to be different. ) Lovely car and great build mate.

Well, this by far the best instructional step by step video you have done, and far better than other peoples youtube builds. (Too many airplane builds) I love the way you did this. Thanks! One question: why so much use of CA glue over others? Yes, my big issue is getting glue on my fingers LOL

A beautiful car. I love that blue you chose. The only departure I would make would be the wheel/tire dimensions - I favor a beefier look. Great job on a kit that is nearly a quarter-century old.👍

Nice result, Paul, well done. For an old Revell that kit still builds well especially in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing. After the disappointment of the AMT Mustang this must have tickled your mojo a bit.

20! Lovely build once again Paul - that colour does indeed suit the car perfectly, as does the interior colour! Beautiful paintjob again! Box art is a bit misleading though as the kit wheels look tiny compared to those in the painting!

@@InternationalScaleModeller about the colour of the Impala : TS41 is coral bleu , but in part one you say cobalt bleu. Only that doesn’t exist there is TS 102 cobalt green . So is it coral bleu or cobalt green Paul ?

Love these old Impalas and thus came out beautiful! Do you have the AMT 67 Impala as well? That one came out around the same time as the Revell one and it's definitely one of the best kits I've ever built. That's the basis of the 4-door Supernatural one that came out recently. The aerial on the back and the color scheme make all the difference here.

Have you ever used MOD PODGE to put in your windows and other clear parts head lights tail lights it drys completely clear no chance of discoloration on glass .
